For over 20 years, Wiliam was Chairman & CEO of Drake Beam Morin, Inc., (DBM), which he grew from one office in 1976 to the world’s leading organizational and individual transition consulting firm with a network of more than 160 offices around the world. William has been a frequent guest on network television and is often quoted in the business press. He has authored 19 books and hundreds of articles about coaching and career development.
